On New Years day we headed North West to Tillmook National Forest to explore the trails there and find some snow (which was absent in Eugene) It turned out to be a great day. We saw some spectacular scenery and got a feel for some of the awesome landscapes to be found here in Oregon. Look for a future trip to Tillmook featuring some of the harder trails the area has to offer.
