The standard towing equipment provided with Series Land Rovers is not very useful today.  Besides its negative effect on departure angle, it is very limited in its ability to handle modern towing apparatus.  The Pangolin4x4 receiver hitch allows the use of all Class 3 receiver implements.  This means you can now fit anything from standard drop hitches to bike racks to your Series Land Rover.  It also installs in the factory mounting holes and provides a greater departure angle than any other receiver available.  Constructed from 1/4 and 3/8 inch steel, it has a provision for attaching a safety chain or shackle, in addition to a receiver implement.
